I didn't do much today, which is much in itself. I am happy to just relax, because I know this vacation will be done in a week, and then I don't get another big break until summer.... I wonder how long it will take to get there... good night!

Paintballing

Today I went paintballing for the first time at west van. We went for about 3 or 4 hours, and it was really fun, I was a little tired from running around in a bright orange janitor jumpsuit, but it wasn't too bad. The only problem is that I kept running out of paintballs, but we had refills, and it was allll good. I got hit right between the eyes, but I had a helmet on, so it didn't hurt at all, but it looked really cool when I took my helmet off... (and I couldn't really see anything)also getting hit multiple times in the same place by some trigger-happy jerk really isn't fun.. it just hurts....

SECOND SLEEEPOVER

Today I am going to sean's house for a sleepover, because we are going paintballing in west van tomorrow, and sean lives in west van, what a coincidence... It's going to be awesome, but I 'm a litttttle nervous, so I'm just going to have to be extra ninja stealthy so I don't get hit and I get plenty of headshots.

Paint balling possibility

Sean told me that we might go paintballing for his birthday party, and that sounds pretty awesome. I have never been paintballing before, but it seems pretty fun, and fairly painful. But i'm sure shooting people with balls of paint going 250mph will be a blast :D Also, we might be able to go lazer-tagging for maybe 6-7 hours with both synergy classes., and it will beee legiiiitt. But if we don't get all 60ish people to go, it will cost quite a lot for each person,and we still need supervision and to actually get the idea accepted, but it sounds like a cool idea.

Sleepover awesomeness

Today sean came over to sleep over, and I've been trying to get him to come back to Churchill for Pre-IB, because he moved to West van, and hopefully he can move back. I think he will end up coming, and it will be awesome. A bunch of my friends from other schools got accepted, so hopefully they'll all come to SWC, and then we can have fun swimming through the piles of homework. yay....

First sunday of spring break

Today was pretty relaxing, I went to sleep at around 4 this morning, and woke up at around 2 in the afternoon :P
I've been reading God Emperor of Dune, and I really enjoy reading it. I hope the rest of the books will be just as good. Too bad Frank Herbert died before he could finish his final book, but i'm glad his son finished it for him. I've already read the last book... for some reason I decided to skip 4 or 5 boos... oh well...

Relaxation

I didn't do much today...which is AWESOME. I played videogames and had a 3 hour nap. I am seriously considering hibernating for the better part of a week... hmm... I guess I'll figure it out tomorrow :D

IT'S OVER

NO MORE SCHOOL!!!! FREEEEDOOOOOOMMMM!!!!!!!!! Today was the very last day before spring break, and it was super awesome, because we had a party in Ms. Jay's class, and it was super fun, and now I have two weeks to do whatever I want :D

C-C-C-Combo breaker C-C-C-Collab day

I think today was the first time a collab day as been on a thursday in a while... there might have been one last year, but I don't really remember. ANYWAYS, today was pretty easy, although my French and Spanish teachers gave me homework, and they said it wouldn't be work over the break if I did it this week -_-...

TRIUMF

Today was pretty cool, we went to TRIUMF for half the day, and it was pretty fun. I got some hash browns when I got there because I had a small breakfast and I was one of the first people to get there. I met with Steven in the cafeteria, and it was nice seeing him because we hadn't met in a while. When I got back to school, I had gym and science, and my gym teacher was away, so we got to play ping pong, and Ms. Jay is leaving :(, so we didn't have any work to do at all today :D

Awesome Luck

Today they announced over the P.A. that the collab day was moved to thursday, and everyone in synergy was super happy because now we have two consecutive days where we get to sleep in, and we get to miss our English essay :D WOOOO!!!

Monday... bleagh

Today went fairly smoothly, although I was very, very tired by the time I got to choir after school. I get really really sluggish near the breaks, and I don't want to do anymore homework. I have 2 or three big tests coming up this week, but I also have a field trip to TRIUMF on Wednesday, and I found out today that we have a collab day on the same day, which quite a bummer, because I would rather have the events spread out so I don't miss out on either. But TRIUMF should be pretty cool. As long as we don't get lost...

Last hudrle

Tomorrow will be the first day of the last week before the break. I just need to survive one more week, and then I have two beautiful weeks of spring break. I've finished all of my homework for tomorrow, but I hope I don't get any homework for the break. I really dislike doing work during the break.

I went with some friends to watch Battle:LA today at Oakridge mall. The movie was pretty good, the plot was eehh, but the action was awesome. The only real problem I had with the movie were the awful camera angles. They were terrible. I mean, the footage from The Shining seemed high tech in comparison. The camera was ALL OVER THE PLACE. It was really distracting, but other than that pretty good movie, but the ending was ind of a cliffhanger.

Woooahh. Today I heard about the earthquake that hit japan. It was 8.9! That's crazy!
I hope there aren't too many casualties :( we should probably start a fundraiser, because japan isn't any less important than Haiti, and no one really seemed to help the Cubans. There seemed to be more public interest in some miners trapped underground than a 9.5 earthquake... Anyways, I will be watching the news to see the events unfold.

Today was pretty awesome, but I couldn't wait to get home so I could eat and get read for the dance, which is in 40 minutes! I'm just going to put on my shoes, and my coat, because it's POURING rain outside. I can't wait to get to the dance, it's gonna be awesome. Bye! I'm off to the dance!

Today went pretty well. I have some homework due on Friday that I should probably do today, because the dance is tomorrow :D
I guess I'll be missing gymnastics :P

Science today was pretty cool. We have to design our own experiment using the scientific method. It's kind of like doing science fair as a group, but with only a week and a half to do it. It's going to be pretty difficult, and I hope I can pull it off.

Caaasuaaal monday

Today was pretty relaxed... School is finally winding down, and I can't wait for the break :D
I still have no idea about what i'm going to do, but I am probably going to meet with friends, and maybe have some parties. After the vacay it will be the final stretch before finals and summer :(

It's over :(

Today was the last day of the convention thingie, and it was quite a bummer, because I know I won't see those kids again for a while. It ended at around 1:30, and it was fun while it lasted, but I think it should have ended at 7 or so, but then I don't think the kids from the US couldn't get home until t was pretty late. All in all, I had a great time, and I hope I get to go again :D

Making new friends.

Today was pretty legit. I met with a bunch of people from all over North America and I made a bunch of friends. I was usually with all the people I met yesterday, but I decided the more the merrier, so I ended up making about 20 new friends. I am pretty content with that, and I will try to keep in touch with most of them if I can. I just had a blizzard at my friend's house, and we are talking about going skydiving when we are 18. It'll be AWESOME.

I'm heading out

I am going to go to this awesome convention thing in about 20 minutes. It's this event where a bunch of kids from all over the US and Canada come and chill together. I have noooo idea what we are going to do, but I do know that I get to sleep over at my friend's house for 2 days, because he lives at richmond and that's where the event is. It's gonna be great! Well today was pretty cool. I might be taking the grade 10 Spanish final exam soon so I can do Spanish 11 next year. Then I might do spanish 12 over next summer, but we'll see. I have to study for my Science test tomorrow, and I should do fairly well, because it's pretty basic math stuff. Also, I got all the way to the top of the rope at gymnastics :D but getting up is the easy part, but getting down is the hard part :( I have sooooo many rope burns and it sucks :/

I really need to start going to sleep earlier. I get reaaaallly tired in the morning because I didn't sleep, and it isn't healthy. I should also study for my science test. Other than that, today was a pretty good day, I am like 3/4 done Children of Dune, and it is pretty awesome so far.. yup. Goooooodd nigght.

Today seemed to drag on FOREVER. I almost fell asleep in like every class, and math and french are so BOOOOOORRRIIIING. We go over the same material EVERY.SINGLE.DAY. It gets really tedious, and I guess it'll be better now that I found my book.
